November 18, 2024 HOA Meeting Rescheduled: The November HOA meeting has been rescheduled to November 26. If you’d like to attend, the General Session will begin at 6:30 PM at the Clubhouse
 
December 2, 2024 Special Meeting: We are planning a Special Meeting on December 2 at 6:00 PM at the Clubhouse. The primary purpose is to share details about our recently approved 2025 Budget and gather your feedback on planned and unplanned Capital Improvements for the coming years. This is an important topic for many of you, and we want to ensure you have the opportunity to voice your opinions and help prioritize these projects.
 
Transition to a New HOA Management Company: We’ve made the decision to switch HOA management companies. You’ll soon receive a packet in the mail from our new management company, HOA Community Links, detailing changes to assessment billing and payments.

The Merrimac neighborhood is located in Westfield, Indiana near the intersection of 146th and Springmill Road. Merrimac is comprised of 292 homes and residents here enjoy a private neighborhood swimming pool, a clubhouse, basketball courts, tennis courts with pickle ball lines, a playground area, a pavilion, two fishing ponds, and lighted pathways throughout the neighborhood. 
 
Residents of Merrimac enjoy close proximity to many shopping, entertainment and recreation options in Westfield, Carmel, Zionsville and the north and west suburbs of Indianapolis. 

The neighborhood is served by Westfield Washington School District, as well as several nearby private K-12 schools.

We believe that a strong sense of community is extremely important – it makes life that much better. It’s also why we strive to strengthen our community here at Merrimac.
