Our monthly HOA Meetings are generally scheduled on the 3rd Monday of each month. Schedule changes do happen sometimes due to Board Member availability.

Assessments are due and payable in equal quarterly installments, with Due Date(s) being the 1st day of January, 1st day of April, 1st day of July and 1st day of October.
