What Makes Merrimac Such a Strong Community?
You might be wondering, what exactly makes Merrimac such a strong community? The following are just a few examples of how our residents are involved with each other in order to build a stronger community.
Our Community Amenities
The following are some of the amenities offered to our residents in order to provide a chance to exercise and socialize with one another:
Pool features
Everybody loves going swimming in the summer, and our residents can do this without ever leaving the neighborhood. Our residents love the competition-sized swimming pool, as well as the nearby kiddie pool. Lifeguards are always on staff.
Athletic courts
One of the most effective ways our residents get to know one another is by engaging in various sports. We have a full basketball court and a tennis court with pickle ball lines painted to add even more enjoyment. The courts are regularly used by both kids and adults throughout the neighborhood
Children’s play area
It’s important that children make friends with other kids in the neighborhood, which is why we’ve put so much effort into adding a children’s play area. Additionally, this is a great way for parents to meet one another and connect as well.
The clubhouse
The clubhouse here at Merrimac is not just an empty lobby like many other places. It’s an area that’s actually put to great use by residents. Residents host everything from Birthday parties to Thanksgiving Dinners. We even have a few Merrimac Events scheduled here throughout the year.
The Monon Biking, Walking, and Jogging Trail
The Monon is just a few minutes away and offers a great opportunity for exercise or just making friendly connections with like-minded neighbors.
Community Overview
Merrimac is a community located in Westfield, Indiana. Merrimac is a community of 292 homes. This community is well established and family friendly. It is not uncommon to see children riding bikes, or having fun on skateboards accompanied by their dogs, as well as couples taking an evening stroll. Amenities include a community pool, playground, tennis and a basketball court.
The Merrimac Homeowners Association is managed by
Sentry Management. Sentry provides and coordinates a full spectrum of professional services for your community. They serve as the liaison for the Board of Directors, homeowners, vendors and all other community partners. From contract negotiation, budgeting and financial statement preparation to compliance enforcement, site visits and assessment billing. Sentry works to make your community a better place to live.
The Merrimac website is packed with features and has been established to facilitate the communication between residents, association board members, committees, and the HOA management company
Sentry Management. Many of the service requests made by residents can often be resolved through information available on the community website. For instance, securing copies of HOA documents or various HOA related forms. If you have any questions or concerns regarding HOA matters, you can contact Sentry Management here. However, we have tried to put most information you may need right here on the website.
